East Alley

Dumpling and Beer! This is a beautiful design, featuring coordinated colours, warm lighting and a custom LED counter. The East Alley project involved demolition of an existing commercial tenancy followed by construction of a new internal fitout. The works included a full strip-out of the previous tenancy, installation of new partition framing, coordination of electrical and plumbing services and completion of internal finishes. Careful planning was required to manage both the demolition and reconstruction phases to deliver the new tenancy ready for occupation.
